Our HOA Team
The Villas are governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA) which by definition includes all owners. The HOA is responsible for exterior maintenance of the units, lawns, other landscaping, and the common areas such as the pool and community club house.
The Bobcat Villas HOA is administered by a board of directors and a management company, Star Hospitality Management. The board of directors is composed of five elected home owners who serve two-year terms. The board typically meets monthly and is responsible for setting and administering policy and allocating/managing appropriate resources. The management company participates in board meetings and acts as Minutes Secretary, as well as being responsible for day-to-day management tasks such as monitoring the performance of the various vendors employed by the Villas HOA, attending to day-to-day operational and repair needs and maintaining required legal records. Our management company representative (CAM) is Chris McCluskey.
There are several committees that assist the Bobcat Villas HOA Board, as follows:
