Our HOA Team

The Villas are governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA) which by definition includes all owners. The HOA is responsible for exterior maintenance of the units, lawns, other landscaping, and the common areas such as the pool and community club house.

The Bobcat Villas HOA is administered by a board of directors and a management company, Star Hospitality Management. The board of directors is composed of five elected home owners who serve two-year terms. The board typically meets monthly and is responsible for setting policy and allocating resources.  The management company participates in the board meetings and is responsible for day-to-day management tasks such as monitoring the performance of the various vendors employed by the Villas HOA and maintaining records.
